Loyalty Points

Every time you make a purchase online at Craft Department you will be awarded loyalty points.

One loyalty point is awarded for every £1 you spend.

Each Loyalty point has a value equivalent to £0.05 discount on any future purchases at Craft Department.

Loyalty points can only be redeemed against purchases at Craft Department.

Loyalty points have no cash value.

N.B. You must create an account with Craft Department to be able to redeem your Loyalty Points. This can be done during the checkout process by entering a password when requested.
